This Tribute is supporting Thames Hospice.
Thames Hospice was an integral part of Fiona's journey, and their services are absolutely unmatched. Shortly after her diagnosis, Fiona enjoyed visiting the Thames Hospice for weekly arts & crafts sessions and counselling, and became firm friends with the staff, volunteers and other visitors. Later on in Fiona's journey, Hospice Doctors and nurses would visit Fiona at home and were also available to visit 24/7 to provide invaluable advice and assistance, as well as scheduled daily personal care. The Hospice ensured that Fiona was promptly provided with all medication and equipment needed, and their knowledgeable, capable, empathetic, kind, and personable staff will hold a very special place in our hearts forever.
Fiona was selected to speak briefly about the Thames Hospice, and its impact on her journey. To watch the youtube video, please click the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LbOFnt3eO4
Fiona requested that in lieu of flowers, please donate to Thames Hospice, if you wish.
